Eileen McManus-Beckmann learned acupuncture at the Wan chai school of Acupuncture in Hong Kong. She also studied traditional Chinese medicine, Eileen has two decades of experience, including women’s health, fertility, children’s health, as well as many pain related disorders such as migraine, back pain and arthritis.
Eileen often combines massage, cupping and moxa with acupuncture treatments, as these are excellent at relieving tension, promoting well-being, removing toxins from the body and enhancing energy levels.
“Eileen did wonders with my daughters, using acupuncture and massage to help with tonsillitis and the cold-like symptoms that it caused. Being able to treat the children without resorting to pharmaceuticals was fantastic.”
Very fine needles and soothing massage techniques together stimulate blood and energy flow around the face, creating intense heat and movement which completely alters the muscle tone and strength, thereby causing the face to look regenerated and glowing.
Hopi ear candles have a light suction chimney-like effect on the ears that feels warm and pleasant. One end of the hopi ear candle is lit whilst the other end is held inside the ear. The feeling is like having an inner ear massage and can be very effective at treating sinus, headache and earache problems.
research has found that acupuncture has a very positive effect on conception and on well being during pregnancy. The good health of both parents will naturally increase the chances of producing healthy babies, whether through natural conception or IVF.
"I have found myself becoming excited about cooking with wholefoods and have felt the physical benefits from this. The most inspiring thing however is the way in which Eileen challenges her own health issues and ultimately heals herself through choosing the right food for her.”
